I'm Raoni Washburn, the Founder & CEO of Bossy Power Bottom Productions, and I would like to share with you my final AIDS/Life Cycle ride in 2025!
In September 2024, we were shocked to learn that 2025 would be the final AIDS/LifeCycle. I'm sad that this event, which changed my entire outlook on life, is ending, but I'm determined to go out with a bang and make this last year one for the books in regards to the memories that we, the community, will share for the final ride. This event and the community are so close to my heart. I have lifelong friendships and learned so much about what it means to serve my community in any way I can to help with this incredible event. And once again, I'm so excited to start fundraising for this incredible cause. The life-saving services of The San Francisco AIDS Foundation & the Los Angeles LGBT Center will continue to do the amazing work they have been doing over the years even though the ride event is coming to an end.
I remember the first time when I had my first gay orgy and, weeks later, realized that my only option to get tested because of lack of insurance was to go to the STRUT clinic in the Castro District of San Francisco. Not only were the services that I took advantage of back then free, but I was also met with warm and friendly faces that made me feel very comfortable about the testing I was about to undergo.
I want this experience for everyone, and the importance of consistent HIV & STI testing is essential to one's sexual health. The money raised on this event goes toward that amazing experience for anyone. There are still people walking around in the US who are HIV positive and don't even know it. I've made it my mission as a gay man and a podcast personality in the public eye to shout out loud to the world all things HIV & AIDS education. So, it has been an honor to be a part of this amazing AIDS/LifeCycle community event for my 4th and final year.
Please help me go out with a bang this year and donate to my 2025 AIDS/LifeCycle Journey! My fundraising goal this year is $3500.00, and I need your help! Please donate below!
